Trainee bakery manager - learn skills needed to run a business. No previous baking or retail experience is necessary.
Bakery manager - manage a COBS bakery to the company’s standards and apply to lease one of our bakeries.
Business lessee - lease one of our existing bakeries, draw a salary, and receive a share of the profits with an option to purchase the business. During this time you will have the opportunity to save towards the purchase of the business.
Franchisee - own and operate a COBS bakery as a franchisee under the guidance and systems of the franchise network. Your rewards are the wages you pay yourself plus operating profits and the opportunity to increase the value of your business. Our most successful Canadian franchisees earn an average of $150K operating profit excluding wages annually.
