- Where possible, COBS Bread will avoid using artificial colours and flavours and use natural alternatives.
- Where possible, COBS Bread will avoid using preservatives and increase the number of products that are free from all preservatives.
- COBS Bread only uses unbleached flour.

- Actively investigate opportunities to enhance the nutritional value of bakery products.
Communications
- Continue to provide consumers with accurate nutrition and health related information on the COBS Bread product range
Portion sizes
- Consider appropriate portion sizes of sweet and savoury snack items when developing new products.
