  Freezing Bread
All COBS breads are suitable to freeze and can be stored in the freezer for up to four months. Place bread in a freezer bag and remove as much air as possible and then seal. To thaw, remove seal and either leave to defrost naturally at room temperature or remove bread from freezer bag and wrap in paper towel and place in microwave oven, microwaving in high for 10 second bursts taking care not to over cook bread.

Storing Bread
Crusty rolls and bread, such as Pasta Dura, are best stored in a paper bag and eaten fresh on the day they are baked. Other breads should be stored at room temperature in a cotton bread bag, well ventilated bread bin or plastic bag to prevent the bread from drying out. During hot or humid weather, bread may also be stored in the refrigerator.
