by you on request. We collect the personal information
so that we can correspond with you regarding feedback you
give us. We also maintain a Group Customer Feedback Log
and keep details in order that we may contact you again
The personal information is forwarded to COBS Bread Customer
Service/Operations Support Staff for tracking purposes.
Information with regard to any incident could also be sent
to Suppliers if necessary. Bakery specific information
is also passed onto our Business Consultants and Franchisees
for discussion and problem identification and rectification
purposes. You can request that your personal details remain
confidential to the Customer Service/Operations department
if you wish.
