1 COBS Bread Chia Fruit Loaf, Chia White or Chia Whole Wheat Loaf
1/2 cup (125ml) milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 slices Bakers Delight Chia & Fruit Loaf
Canola oil for cooking
4tsp maple syrup
4tsp berry jam
Optional Topping Suggestions:
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 4-6 minutes
Mix eggs, milk and cinnamon together in a bowl. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium heat.
Dip each piece of COBS Bread Chia Fruit in egg mixture and gently place in heated pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with your favourite toppings or keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.
