Hot Cross Bun Bread Pudding

A delicious way to use Hot Cross Buns that's sure to delight friends and family.


6 COBS Bread Traditional Fruit Hot Cross Buns or Chocolate chip Hot Cross Buns
2 cups whipping cream
1.5 cups milk
3 eggs
Zest of 1 orange
1 handful raisins
Berries & whipping cream to serve
Sugar to sprinkle


 1. Pre-heat oven to 320F conventional bake
 2. Slice Hot Cross Buns in half (through the middle)
 3. Butter the baking dish & lay the bun bottoms on the dish
 4. Mix the cream, milk, eggs and orange zest in a bowl & pour over bun bottoms
 5. Sprinkle over raisings, place bun tops on top and sprinkle with sugar
 6. Bake at 320F for 30-40 minutes
 7. Serve with whipping cream & berries
