1 COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf, sliced
4 Tbsp Pesto
4 cups Chargrilled Vegetables (ie pepper, sweet potato, eggplant, zucchini)
Take two slices of COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf and spread pesto on both. Top one with layers of chargrilled vegetables and a sprinkle of crumbled feta. Close up the sandwich and experience a Mediterranean Delight!
