Eggs & Mounties

Serves 1


2 slices COBS Bread Country Grain bread
2 Eggs


Heat a saucepan of water until boiling. Place two eggs into the saucepan for approximately 6 minutes, or until soft boiled.

While eggs are cooking, toast two pieces of Country Grain loaf and spread with butter. Slice toast into rectangles approx 1.5 cm wide (Toast 'Mounties'!) and place on large plate.

Once the eggs are cooked remove and place into separate egg holders. Cut the tops off and dip your mounties into the gooey yolk. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
