COBS Higher Fibre Bun

1 Falafel Ball
3 slices Tomato
1/3 cup Shredded Lettuce
1 Tbsp Hummus


Cut a Higher Fibre Bun in half spread with 1 Tbsp hummus. Add 3 slices tomato, 1 chopped falafel ball and 1/3 cup shredded lettuce.
