Grilled Chicken Rolls

Serves 4, or more


4 COBS Bread White Rolls

2 Chicken Breasts, trimmed of fat and skin
1 Avocado
1 Cos Lettuce
50g Shaved Parmesan
1 Tbsp Caesar Dressing (optional)


Heat a heavy based grill pan on a high heat for two minutes before turning down to a low-medium heat. Spray lightly with oil and grill chicken until cooked through. Set aside on some paper towel to cool.

Slice the COBS Bread White Rolls (with or without seeds – your choice!) in half and place lettuce, chicken, slices of avocado and shaved parmesan.

For an extra indulgence, top with a dollop of Caesar dressing! Close the roll and enjoy.
