1 COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf
1 tsp Butter
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Ricotta
Take a slice of COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf and toast.
Slice up pear. Heat a non stick pan over a low-medium heat, Melt butter then turn the heat to low and sauté pear until soft. Be careful not to burn the butter.
Spread Ricotta over the toasted Cape Seed and place pears and remaining butter on top. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! Perfect for a lazy Sunday with the paper!
