1 COBS Bread White Loaf
1 can Pink Salmon
1 Cucumber, grated
1 tub Cream Cheese
2 cups Mixed fresh herbs
Grate Cucumber, place in a sieve over a bowl and sprinkle with a small amount of salt. Set aside to drain. Chop herbs finely and mix with cream cheese.
Take some paper towel and press down on the cucumber to squeeze out any excess liquid.
Take two slices of COBS Bread White Loaf an cut into quarters. Spread with cream cheese mixture, add the salmon and grated cucumber. Perfect for afternoon tea!
