1 COBS Whole Wheat Loaf, sliced for sandwiches
1 tub Cream Cheese
2 tins Tuna
1 Carrot, julienned
1 Cucumber, julienned
½ cup Chives
Cut the crusts off three slices of COBS Whole Wheat Loaf per person. Spread each slice with cream cheese a piece of lettuce and tuna.
Place a few pieces of julienned carrot, cucumber and thin pieces of chives close to the edge of the bread. Tuck under and continue to roll until all the bread is rolled up. Secure with a toothpick or tie with chives.
Repeat on the other two pieces of bread and marvel at your artistic masterpiece.
