1 COBS Bread Pane di Casa loaf
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
Bocconcini cheese, sliced
Fresh Basil Leaves
Olive Oil to taste
Slice Pane di Casa loaf and char grill four slices on each side until marked OR place under a preheated griller and grill both sides.
Spread crushed garlic thinly over each slice, and top with tomato, fresh basil leaves and bocconcini. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
