1 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Optional Pizza Toppings
Red Pepper (shredded)
On top of bread, spread pizza sauce, 1 ounce of mozzarella cheese, desired toppings, and more pizza sauce. Add another slice of bread.
Use Panini press to cook until both sides are a golden brown and cheese melts.
