The COBS Bread automated 'point of sale' (POS) system, allows franchisees to improve cash control and provide management reports to assist in the efficient running of a bakery.
 
Reports generated assist with issues such as fresh baking, production planning, employee rostering, assessing and managing employee performance, wastage and stock control, in addition to reports required by the franchisor.
 
The POS system also allows for employee incentive programs and monitoring of marketing activities.
