COBS Bread locates in viable retail locations and negotiates leases directly with landlords.
 
The lease is held by COBS Bread, who then grant franchisees the right to occupy the premises through a sublease on the same terms and conditions originally negotiated.
 
Projects
The projects team facilitates the development of efficient bakery operations; known as a turnkey operation. This team works with consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
 
At handover of the bakery site, the franchisee receives a fully operational bakery complete with all items, from equipment to packaging.
 
COBS Bread gains the relevant approvals from authorities to meet Occupational Health and Safety Standards, building regulations, and company standards to ensure 'leading practice' in the area of image, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
