At the end of each day, all our leftover bread is donated to local charities. A few of the charities that we current donate to are: Byrne Creek Elementary School, "Options", Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver, and Queen Elizabeth Elementary School.
Baking bread is hard work but also very positive and satisfying. I am very thankful to work with such an amazing team and to bring happniess and joy to our customers. When I bring warm, fresh bread upfront to
our customers, I feel proud to hear them say that it's the best bread they have ever
tried. "Baking is for happy people," my mom always says, "you cannot bake good
product in a bad mood."
