Statement Regarding Cage-Free Eggs
Vancouver, BC (October 7, 2016) – COBS Bread stands behind its promise to produce the freshest, highest-quality breads and baked goods every day. All of our products are baked fresh daily on the premises using traditional scratch baking methods by skilled bakers using high quality ingredients.
A small number of COBS Bread products contain egg as an ingredient and like our customers, COBS Bread is concerned about the welfare of the chickens used to produce eggs. COBS Bread is working with our suppliers towards our goal to transition to 100% cage-free eggs by 2025.
