COBS Bread has got you covered this Easter! Bring home a bag of freshly baked Hot Cross Buns from your local bakery. Choose from Traditional Fruit, Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Orange. Not only do we make the best Hot Cross Buns but we also know how to make them into mouth-watering features! Any one of our three varieties will work well in our bread pudding and trifle recipes below. We’ve also pulled our Pane di Casa Loaf Stuffing recipe for an easy side to Easter Dinner.

This take on bread and butter pudding uses our Traditional Fruit Hot Cross Buns and adds extra raisins, but get creative and try it with our Chocolate Chip or Cranberry Orange Hot Cross Buns. You can also mix in your choice of additions. If you're unsure, I say "when in doubt, just add chocolate".
