Valentine's Day - Top picks

by Kelsey D. | Feb 07, 2017
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! Whether you go all out for the big event, use it as an opportunity to treat your favourite friends, or shun it entirely, you’d be hard pressed to find someone to turn down a freshly baked treat on February 14! Need some ideas for what’s popular? We’ve taken some of our top sellers from last year to give you some guidance.

1) Chocolate Raspberry Croissant: Filled with decadent chocolate and fresh raspberries, these treats, as well as our Chocolate Croissant, are truly indulgent.

2) Hot Cross Bun: Our Hot Cross Buns are perfect for sharing! Break up a six-pack and attach a note for small fun valentines.

3) Cinnamon Bun: Gooey and sweet – it’s no surprise these were a favourite last year. Like Hot Cross Buns, you can get a 6-pack of minis which is sharable when divided up as individual valentines or get a large one and eat it yourself. I mean, share it with a loved one.

4) Scones

Double Chocolate Scone: We’ve recently improved our recipe with a new glaze, so they’re sure to be a hit again this year. I mean, Double. Chocolate. Need we say more?

Berry & White Chocolate Scone: Really, you can’t go wrong with any of our scones, but this festive-looking scone baked with whole raspberries and white chocolate chips is always a popular choice.

5) Raspberry & Custard Danish: Flaky pastry and a custard filling loaded with whole berries - waking up to a Raspberry Danish on Valentine's Day would make for a delicious breakfast - or grab some on the way home for a quick dessert if you're staying in for dinner.
