Four The Love of Bread – Sara’s 3rd & 4th bakeries!

Sara opens her 3rd & 4th COBS Bread bakeries, expanding her love of baking and community in Stratford and London.

For Sara Lisk, opening her third and fourth COBS Bread bakery is all about people – her team, her customers, and her community. “I truly love what I do and want to share what makes COBS Bread so special with the community and make a difference while doing it!” she says. With new locations at Stratford Mall and Stoney Creek Commons (London), Sara is excited to welcome even more families, team members, and neighbours into the COBS Bread community. 

Sara’s connection to Stratford started years ago while living near St. Mary’s. Sara “fell in love with the whole Perth County community”. Bringing a bakery to Stratford has been a long-time dream. In London, she’s thrilled that the new location will make it easier for families across the city to access their favourite baked-from-scratch treats. 

Her recipe for success? People. Sara runs her bakeries on the Three Cs – Care, Collaboration, and Continuous Growth. That means supporting her team, giving back to the community, and always providing customers with the freshest bread and treats. 

Community involvement is a huge part of Sara’s plan. In Stratford, she’s already met with local organizations to learn how the bakery can help most, whether through end-of-day giving, event participation, or sponsorships. In London, the new bakery will allow even more organizations to reach families in need and connect with the community through programs like end-of-day donations and event support. Sara is always striving “to be a bakery that the community knows it can count on”.
