Smoked Salmon and Horseradish Open-Faced Sandwich

Our Smoked Salmon and Horseradish recipe has layer upon layer of deliciousness that begins with a lush mixture of cream cheese, horseradish and a touch of milk spread over a generous slice of our distinctive and authentic Sourdough. It is then topped with smoked salmon, thin and crisp slices of cucumber and sharp radishes, and garnished with zesty lemon and fresh dill.
This colourful, mouth-watering open-faced sandwich is complex in flavour but not complicated to pull together – making you look like a calm, cool and collected culinary genius. (Don’t worry you can take all the credit – we won’t tell a soul!)
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tsp milk
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 slice COBS Sourdough loaf, toasted
2 thin slices smoked salmon
1 small radish, thinly sliced
4 thin cucumber slices, halved
Dill and lemon wedge to garnish
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, milk and horseradish. Spread over one side of bread.
Top with smoked salmon, radish and cucumbers. Garnish with dill and lemon wedge.
Makes 1 serving.
