Plaza Rockland – 2nd Location for Michel Chartrand!

For Michel Chartrand, serving his community and providing the most delicious baked goods is at the heart of how he operates. Michel opened his first bakery location, Orleans in 2021. Now, just shy of four years later, he is excited to take his journey to the next chapter with Plaza Rockland!

Michel is thrilled to put together another great team to serve and help the people of Rockland. His goal is to provide the community with all the great products COBS Bread has to offer!

What are you looking forward to about your new bakery?

Bringing COBS Bread to the town I was born and raised in!

How are you planning on getting involved in the community?

We will be partnering up with the local Foodbank Centre D’aide de Rockland, the local food Bank that serves over 350 families from the region every week. They also run a thrift store that the community supports.

What is your recipe for success?

Take care of the customer and the customer will take care of your business.
