- 1/2 cup dried goji berries (soaked in hot water for 20 minutes, and well drained)
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 - 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup softened, unsalted butter
In a small food processor, purée the drained goji berries; add the banana and pulse till blended. Add the cardamom and softened butter and purée until completely mixed.
Spread on toasted Chocolate Chip Hot Cross Buns.
