- 1 slice COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf
- 1 banana, sliced
- Plain Greek yogurt
Take a slice of COBS Bread Cape Seed loaf and put in the toaster (we’ll leave the settings for you!) While the bread is toasting, slice up the banana and empty the centre of the passionfruit into a bowl.
Put the toast on a plate and top with the banana, passionfruit, a squeeze of honey and a dollop of yogurt, to taste.
