- 4 Lemon & Coconut Danish
- Salted Caramel Gelato
- 1 cup pecans
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Combine the pecans, butter and brown sugar and mix in an oven-proof tray.
2. Bake until pecans are coated about 12 minutes.
3. Assemble the Danish on a plate and top with salted caramel gelato and sprinkle with candied pecans.
