Maple Pears On Cape®seed

Ingredients

  • 1 COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp ricotta cheese

Directions

Take a slice of COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf and toast.

Heat a nonstick pan over a low-medium heat, Melt butter then turn the heat to low and sauté pear slices until soft. Be careful not to burn the butter.

Spread ricotta over the toasted Cape Seed and place pears and remaining butter on top. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! Perfect for a lazy Sunday with the paper!
