Italian Herb Focaccia

With a crispy crust, airy texture and a handful of herbs, we make our Italian Herb Focaccia with more olive oil than any of our other breads. Based on flatbread invented in the times of Ancient Rome, savour it dipped in a fine extra virgin oil and balsamic vinegar and served as an appetizer. Treat yourself with a Focaccia panini and pack it with prosciutto. Or give it a home next to pesto linguine.
