Make lunch fun again by adding skewers to an almond butter sandwich and combine it with fruit. Not only will they get the nutrition they need for a healthy lunch, they will love eating it too!
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Loaf, crusts removed
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ banana, sliced
- Spread almond butter on 2 slices of Whole Wheat Loaf and place the other slice on top.
- Cut into 6 pieces. Alternate a piece of fruit with a sandwich cube and add to the skewer.
