Herb And Garlic Stuffing
- 1 COBS Herb & Garlic Pane di Casa Loaf, cubed
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup apples, diced
- ¾ cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- ¾ cup chicken or turkey stock (or more to taste) Salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degree F . Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until evenly toasted. Transfer the toasted bread cubes to a large bowl.
In a large skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until softened.
Mix in chopped apples, dried cranberries, parsley and toasted bread cubes. Drizzle with stock to taste and mix lightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff turkey ensuring bread mixture is loosely packed.
