Shrimp and Beet Open-Faced Sandwich
In this recipe: Sourdough Loaf
- 1 slice COBS Sourdough Loaf, toasted
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 6 cooked shrimp
- 6 thin slices of candy cane beets
- 1 small handful sprouts
- Cracked black pepper, to garnish
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and horseradish. Spread over one side of bread.
- Top with shrimp, beets, sprouts and black pepper.
