Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Open Sandwich
- 1 COBS Cape Seed Loaf, sliced
- 1 tub Cream Cheese
- 4 slices, smoked salmon
- 1 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
- ¼ Lemon
Take a slice of COBS Cape Seed loaf and spread with cream cheese and add baby spinach leaves. Top with lashings of smoked salmon and a squeeze of lemon. Perfect lunchtime treat!
