Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Open Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 COBS Cape Seed Loaf, sliced
  • 1 tub Cream Cheese
  • 4 slices, smoked salmon
  • 1 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
  • ¼ Lemon

Directions

Take a slice of COBS Cape Seed loaf and spread with cream cheese and add baby spinach leaves. Top with lashings of smoked salmon and a squeeze of lemon. Perfect lunchtime treat!
