Turkey Roll-Ups

Switch up your child’s lunch by rolling up their loaf! This fun and easy to make Turkey Roll-Up adds a different spin on the typical classroom lunch. To complete the lunchbox, add sliced apples, veggies or your child’s favourite snack.

Ingredients

2 slices Higher Fibre Loaf, crusts removed
4 slices roasted turkey breast
2 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

Using your rolling pin, roll out both slices until your desired thickness.
Add the turkey and cheese and roll up each slice. Cut into 2 rolls and secure with a toothpick.
