Creating authentic sourdough takes experience, patience, and a tireless commitment to the craft. We have the BEST secret ingredient that goes into all of our sourdough products: our bakers! They’re trained in the traditional sourdough baking method so that we can give you an authentic, artisanal sourdough.
We believe in making things the authentic way, and our sourdough is no different. Our bakers use a natural levain starter (yeap, each bakery has their own starter!) that’s then turned into the perfect sourdough after 20 hours of work, a lot of love, and a pinch of salt.
