Cheesy Checkerboard

Spread the mayo and mustard onto both slices of bread. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and turkey. Cut sandwich into quarters diagonally and flip the opposite sides to create a checker board effect. It’s a quick and easy way to add some fun to any sandwich.
