Char Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp pesto
  • 3 cups chargrilled vegetables (i.e. pepper, sweet potato, eggplant, zucchini)
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta

Directions

Take two slices of COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf and spread pesto on both. Top one with layers of chargrilled vegetables and a sprinkle of crumbled feta. Close up the sandwich and experience a Mediterranean Delight!
