Californian BLT Sandwich

Directions

  1. Prepare chicken breast by seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  2. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and cook chicken breast for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool, cut in 1 strips
  3. Prepare the avocado by mashing it with a fork. Add extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice
  4. Assemble your sandwich starting with 1 slice of Country Grain Loaf. Add smashed avocado, cabbage, butter lettuce, chicken, sprouts, and tomatoes. Take another slice of Country Grain Loaf and spreads with smashed avocado, and close sandwich to finish assembly. Repeat for each sandwich. Enjoy!
