  • Pre-heat oven to 320F Slice loaf into 1" cubes Butter a baking dish & lay the cubed brioche into the dish Mix the cream, milk, eggs and pour over the brioche Sprinkle with sugar Bake for 30 - 40 minutes Serve with ice cream
