Ingredients

2 slices of COBS Sourdough
3 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tsp milk
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 slice COBS Sourdough Loaf, toasted
2 thin slices smoked salmon
1 small radish, thinly sliced
4 thin cucumber slices, halved
Dill and lemon wedge to garnish

Directions

Optional: Toast your slices of sourdough for an extra crispy texture
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, milk and horseradish. Spread over one side of bread.
Top with smoked salmon, radish and cucumbers. Garnish with dill and lemon wedge.
