THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE/TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.

By entering in the COBS Bread 2026 COBS Fuel the School Year Sweepstakes (the “Contest”), entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”), and agree to abide by them, and the decisions of the Sponsor (defined below), which are final and binding, without right of appeal, with respect to all aspects of this Contest.

1. Contest Period: Contest begins on August 13, 2026, at (or around) 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time and ends on September 9, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT (the “Contest Period”).

2. Sponsor: This Contest is sponsored by BD Canada Ltd. dba COBS Bread (the “Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. To be an Eligible Entrant, an Entrant must be a current registered member of COBS Bread ‘COBS Club’ Customer Loyalty Program (“COBS Club Program”) (in accordance with the COBS Club terms and conditions available at: https://www.cobsbread.com/terms-conditions/ (cobsbread.com in Bing)) and have a valid and verified COBS Club Account registered in the name of the Entrant; and Entrants can sign up for free to the COBS Club Program via the following link: https://cobsclubca.cobsbread.com/. The Contest is not open to employees or Franchisee’s of the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, their advertising and promotion agencies, or their other representatives or agents, or immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or anyone with whom any of the foregoing is domiciled.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Any COBS Club Member who purchases either a High Fibre Loaf or a 6-pack of Lunchbox Buns and a 4-pack of Buffins (while daily supplies last), is automatically entered into the contest. Multiple entries are allowed.

5. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY): To enter the Contest, Entrants must complete all required fields of the online entry form at https://www.cobsbread.com/pages/fuel-your-school-contest-page (cobsbread.com in Bing) (“Online Entry Form”) during the Contest Period. Entrants may only enter the Contest in their own name. Entrant’s name must match the Entrant’s name on the Entrant’s COBS Club Account. Each Entry will be automatically entered into the Contest once the Online Entry Form is submitted. Only one no purchase necessary entry is allowed for the contest duration.

6. Random Draw and Odds: On or about 2:00pm PDT on Monday, September 14, 2026, in Vancouver, British Columbia, one (1) random draw will be conducted from all entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of entries received during the Contest Period.

7. Winner Confirmation: The selected entrant will be notified by email within one (1) business day of the draw. Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact the selected entrant including but not limited to if the email is returned as undeliverable or the selected entrant cannot be reached by email within six (6) days of the date the email notification was sent. To be confirmed a winner, the selected entrant must: (i) reply to the email notification within six (6) days of the date the email notification was sent; (ii) correctly answer without assistance of any kind a time-limited mathematical skill‑testing question; (iii) if required, provide proof of identity and/or eligibility; (iv) be in full compliance with these Official Rules.

The selected entrant will be required to print, sign and return the Sponsor’s Declaration of Compliance / Release of Liability and Consent to Publicity Form (“Prize Form”). If the selected entrant cannot be confirmed, an alternate entrant will be selected. The prize will be sent within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation.

8. Prize: One (1) prize is available: one (1) $2500 CAD Travel Voucher. The prize is subject to issuer terms and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Disqualified Entries: Entries will be void if late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, altered, irregular, submitted with an invalid email, or where the entrant’s name does not match the authorized account holder.

10. Disqualified Entrants: Entrants will be disqualified for automated entries, false information, multiple email addresses, exceeding entry limits, tampering, disruptive behaviour, or attempting to undermine the Contest.

11. Entrants’ Agreement: Entrants agree to abide by the Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.

12. Civil and Criminal Remedies: Any attempt to damage the Contest website or undermine the Contest may result in legal action.

13. Release of Liability / Consent to Publicity: By entering, entrants release Sponsor and related parties from liability and consent to publicity as described in the Rules.

14. Limitation of Liability: Releasees are not responsible for technical errors, disqualified entries, lost data, printing errors, or privacy/security breaches.

15. Disputes Regarding Identity: Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address.

16. General: Contest void where prohibited.

17. Rules Govern: The English Official Rules at www.cobsbread.com govern in case of inconsistency.

18. Changes: Sponsor may terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest or amend the Rules at any time.

19. Intellectual Property: All Contest materials are owned by Sponsor or licensors.

20. Privacy: Personal information will be used to administer the Contest and handled according to Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://www.cobsbread.com/privacy/.
