I’m eligible for free buns delivery. When will I receive my order?
We are offering a limited number of same-day deliveries between 9AM – 5PM local time. If you received confirmation of your order, our team will be contacting you via text to confirm the estimated time of delivery.
Why can’t I get a delivery?
Free delivery is available in select areas only. If you’re outside a delivery zone, you’ll automatically be redirected to request a digital coupon for a free 6-pack of Gourmet Buns via the savemybuns.ca landing page, redeemable in bakery during the promotion. Limited coupons available.
Can I submit multiple bun-mergencies?
No. Each customer is limited to one bun-mergency submission.
How do I get a free buns coupon?
Submit your bun‑mergency via the savemybuns.ca landing page and request a free coupon for a one 6-Pack of Gourmet Buns. You must be a COBS Club member to receive the digital coupon.
Where can I find the digital coupon?
The digital coupon will be automatically added to your COBS Club account. Please check your COBS Bread app for the coupon. Don't have the app? Download the COBS Bread App to get your coupon.
It says you’ve reached coupon and delivery limit, when can I try again?
The site will be open to take your bun-mergency submissions on May 16 & 17. Delivery and coupon subject to availability.
Can I redeem the digital coupon after May 18?
No, the free bun coupon offer is only valid for redemption from May 16–18.
Can I choose the bun type?
You can choose from either a 6-pack of Gourmet Hamburger or Gourmet Hot Dog Buns, subject to availability at your local bakery. No mix and match available.
Can I redeem more than one free pack?
The offer is limited to one free 6-pack of Gourmet Buns per customer. While supplies last. No mix and match available.
