Environmental Impact
We do our best to help the community, even in details like packaging. Whenever possible, we use environmentally-friendly materials like 100% recycled fiber kraft boxes and compostable wax paper. We encourage customers to bring in their own clean bags and to reuse our packaging.
Please consult your local municipality for recycling information since recycling varies in different regions.
Baking Materials
Our wax paper, the baking cups on our Cinnamon Buns and the molds we use to bake our Brioche are compostable.
Plastic Bags
We use #4 LDPE Low-density Polyethylene bags and #5 PP Polypropylene bags in our bakeries. Please consult your local municipality for recycling information about these bags.
Paper Bags
Our paper bags are recyclable, or compostable when food-soiled, however, please remove and discard the BOPP plastic film from the baguette bags.
Boxes
Our boxes are made from recycled fiber and can be recycled or compostable when food-soiled, however, please remove and discard the BOPP plastic film that is on the windowed boxes.
Stickers
Our stickers are laminated and coated and therefore cannot be composted. Before recycling a bag or box, please remove any stickers and discard them separately.
