How do I join COBS Club?
Become a COBS Club member by simply downloading the COBS Bread App on your mobile device and complete the registration process.

Do I need a smartphone to join COBS Club?
Downloading the COBS Bread app is the best way to see your available rewards and Breadcrumbs earned. Don’t have a smartphone? No problem! You can still join and find all your benefits through our COBS Club site.

I signed up in bakery, but I didn’t receive my text!
Your confirmation text will be sent to you the day after you signed up in bakery. If you still haven’t received it after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Support team. Alternatively, you can complete your sign up directly online in our COBS Club site.

What are Breadcrumbs and how do I earn them?
Breadcrumbs are COBS Club’s point system. You can earn Breadcrumbs on every in-bakery purchase you make at COBS Bread! To earn Breadcrumbs for an eligible purchase, scan your COBS Bread app at the time of your purchase.

How many Breadcrumbs can I earn when I shop?
You will earn a minimum of 2 Breadcrumbs for every whole dollar, excluding taxes, that you spend at a COBS Bread bakery. Look out for exclusive offers to earn bonus Breadcrumbs!

What rewards will I get as a COBS Club member?
When you’ve earned 200 Breadcrumbs, you will be issued a $5 voucher that you can redeem on your next in-bakery purchase at COBS Bread! Plus, keep an eye out for additional offers in our emails and rewards just for you in your COBS Bread app.

How do I redeem my $5 reward?
To apply your $5 reward to your next purchase, simply scan your COBS Bread app at the time of your purchase and the bakery staff can redeem it for you!

I made a purchase but where are my Breadcrumbs?
Breadcrumbs may take up to 1 hour to be added to your account. If you still don’t see your Breadcrumbs, please contact our Customer Support team and include a receipt of your purchase. Contact us here.

Why did I receive more Breadcrumbs than I expected?
You can earn bonus Breadcrumbs when you accomplish a milestone or make a qualifying purchase from an offer. Your bonus Breadcrumbs are added to your total Breadcrumbs earned from your transaction.

I still haven't received my bonus Breadcrumbs or rewards!
