Cranberry Orange Brioche Bread Pudding

A delicious way to transform our Cranberry Orange Brioche Loaf into a dessert that's sure to delight.


1 COBS Bread Cranberry Orange Brioche Loaf, cut into 1" cubes 
2 cups whipping cream
1.5 cups milk
3 eggs
Sugar to sprinkle
Ice cream to serve


  1. Pre-heat oven to 320°F
  2. Slice loaf into 1" cubes
  3. Butter a baking dish & lay the cubed brioche into the dish
  4. Mix the cream, milk, eggs and pour over the brioche
  5. Sprinkle with sugar
  6. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes
  7. Serve with ice cream
