Traditional White Loaf:

Loyal fan of the white loaf? You can get a simple, freshly-baked white loaf with no added sugar! (Psst, if you’re looking to sneak in more fibre with the same ‘white-bread’ taste, try our Higher Fibre loaf.) 

Whole Wheat Loaf: Our Whole Wheat Loaf is made from 100% Whole Grain Flour. 
Ciabatta: A hearty bun perfect for protein-filled sandwiches like Pulled Pork or a Salmon Fillet Burger.

German Rye Loaf & Light Rye Loaf: Our rye loaves are an excellent choice for sandwiches with smoked meats or just toasted with butter.

Pane Di Casa Loaf:
It takes 16 hours for all five ingredients in this signature bread to blend, proof, rise and bake. It’s worth the wait! A denser bread, it’s perfect for dips as it doesn’t get as soggy as quickly! 

Turkish Bread: A customer (and staff!) favourite, our Turkish Bread is one of our most versatile for dipping, filling or topping. It’s perfect for entertaining guests or serving to the family. 

Sourdough Breads: These include our Sourdough in many forms such as cobs, rolls, viennas and loaves! Starting with our own San Francisco Levain, this bread takes 20 hours from starting the scratch-baking to the time it’s pulled out of the oven.

Herb & Garlic LoafLightly seasoned, this loaf is perfect to serve as an accompaniment to a pasta dish, try  in your favourite stuffing recipe, or just to toast and eat as a snack!

Pizza Bases: Pizza night just got a little better! Our pizza bases only have 8 ingredients… before you add all your own toppings, of course!
