In this recipe is our Croissant.
- 2 x COBS Bread Croissants
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 slices of Swiss Cheese
- 100g shaved Roast Beef
- Handful of Arugula
- Slice the COBS Bread Croissants lengthwise.
- Spread mayonnaise to both sides of the Croissants.
- Add Swiss cheese slices.
- Add your shaved roast beef slices then top with arugula.
- Optional: slice your croissant sandwich in half or quarters for bite-sized pieces
